Consultation & Quoting
Meeting with you to discuss your vision
During this time we will review your architectural drawings and provide you with a detailed proposal. We may require a site visit or in person meeting to go through the options and detailing required to provide you with an accurate quotation. Within the proposal you will receive details describing products, quantities and values.
Design Review and Sign Off
Review of all documents and details
During this stage, we prepare the technical information required to integrate the selected glazing systems into the project. This may include shop drawings, system details, and coordination items for the builder, architect, or design team. The purpose of this phase is to confirm dimensions, design intent, and technical requirements before the project moves forward to production.
Material Ordering and Scheduling
Products to be ordered and timeline provided
Once the design package has been reviewed and approved by the required parties, the project is released for material order. At this point, we confirm the final scope for procurement and issue the material purchase draw. This step allows the order to be placed and production scheduling to begin.
Delivery and Installation
Material delivery and installation
Once materials are ready and delivery timing is confirmed, we prepare for site mobilization and installation. This stage includes receiving the product, verifying quality control, coordinating site readiness, and carrying out installation. Our goal is to ensure the install phase is organized, efficient, and aligned with the broader project schedule.
Review and Final Sign Off
On site review and sign off
Once the project is complete we will provide any documentation required IE: Engineering, Pictures, Documentation and request a formal sign off for completion. J2 Architectural Glazing provides a 2 to 5 year limited warranty based upon products supplied. During this period, service calls will be accepted and addressed on a case by case basis.
